Aspiring teachers, rejoice! The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the long-awaited admit cards for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) January 2024. Candidates who registered for the exam can now download their admit cards from the official CTET website, www.ctet.nic.in
The CTET, conducted twice a year, determines the eligibility of individuals to teach in government schools from Classes 1 to 8. This January edition of the exam will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2024, in two separate shifts:
- Paper I (Classes 1 to 5): 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
- Paper II (Classes 6 to 8): 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
To download your admit card, simply visit the CTET website and click on the “CTET 2024 Admit Card” link. You will need to enter your application number and date of birth to log in. Once your details are verified, you can download and print your admit card.
Important tips for downloading your admit card:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection before downloading.
- Keep your application number and date of birth readily available.
- Download and print the admit card on A4-sized paper.
- Carefully check all the details on the admit card, including your name, photograph, signature, exam center, and test timings.
- Carry a valid photo ID proof and your admit card to the exam center.
The CBSE has also released the city slip information for the exam. This slip helps candidates determine their allotted exam center location. You can access the city slip information on the same page as the admit card download link.
